Baked Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil
2 cups tomatoes
2 (12 ounce) cottage cheese
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1 pound mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, add next six ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick (45 minutes to an hour.) Cook noodles until tender, drain. For lasagna, combine cottage cheese and with next 4 ingredients, place noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese and meat in layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
