5 to 7 potatoes, sliced small but not thin, uncooked
1 pound ground beef
1 can peas with juice
4 carrots, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375F. Brown ground beef and onions. In a 1 1/2 quart oven proof dish add
all ingredients and mix well. Put in oven 1 hour 15 minutes. Test to make sure potatoes
are done.
