Birthday Angel Food Cake
1 large angel food cake 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/4 c. raspberry jam 1/2 c. apricot pulp 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 2 envelopes whipped topping (or Cool Whip) green food coloring Slice angel food to make four layers. Whip cream and divide into three parts. Into one part, stir the raspberry jam and spread mixture on bottom layer. To second part, add apricot pulp and spread on next layer. To third part add pineapple and spread on third layer. Place top layer and cover entire cake with topping prepared according to package directions and tinted pale green.
