Bisquick Oven Fried Chicken

1 tbsp. margarine or butter
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1-1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-1/2 to 3-1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 9x13x2 inches, in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper, coat chicken. Place
skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn, bake about 15 minutes or until done.
