Apple Cider Salad

1 6 ounce package sugar free, lemon Jello
2 cups apple juice
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
2 cups boiling apple cider
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped pecans

Chill above ingredients until partially set. Add apples and nuts. Chill.
