Apricot Sour Cream Jello
1 large or 2 small packages of Apricot Jello,
2 cups boiling water
1 can apricot pie filling
1 cup sour cream
Mix jello and boiling water until jello is dissolved, and then mix in the pie filling.
Refrigerate until syrupy, and then 'swirl' in the sour cream. Return to refrigerator until
set.
NOTE: You can use whatever flavors that you personally like, ie. black cherry jello and
dark sweet cherry pie filling. strawberry, raspberry, peach, etc. |
