Cranberry Relish
1 lb. fresh cranberries or whole frozen
1 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. mandarin oranges
Shredded coconut (opt.)
1 box cranberry Jello
Use juices from canned fruit as liquid for gelatin or Jello. (Don't use lime juice!) Bring
the juice to a boil just like making Jello. Slightly cool the mixture and add the rest of
ingredients and chill overnight. |
