Lemon Bisque

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 lemon, grated rind & juice
1 can Pet milk (cold)
Yellow coloring

Mix 1 package lemon Jello (made by directions) and 1 lemon, grated rind and juice. Let almost congeal, whip until double and light. Add 1 can of cold Pet milk, whipped like cream. Mix and beat together with a few drops of yellow coloring. Put in refrigerator.
