Lemon Sheet Cake
1 c. boiling water mixed with 1 (3 ounce) box Lemon Jello,
cool
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract (or lemon juice)
Add to either white or yellow cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees
about 25 minutes.
ICING: Juice of lemon and mix with powdered sugar - ice while
the cake is hot - pick with a fork. |
