Mincemeat Jello

1 sm. pkg. mince meat
2 pkg. cherry Jello
1-1/2 c. water
2-1/2 c. water

Cook mince meat in 1 1/2 cups water 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 2 packages cherry Jello (I use sugar free). Mix well until all dissolved. Add 2 1/2 cups cold water. Mix well. I add chopped nuts. Pour in mold. Chill. The mince meat is nonesuch brand
