Strawberry Valentine
1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1 stick margarine 1 cup chopped nuts Mix these ingredients like pastry and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Cool and take out 1/3 of mixture to save for topping. Crumble the rest and put back in pan evenly. In large mixing bowl mix a 10 ounce package of frozen strawberries, 3 unbeaten egg whites, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 cup sugar. Beat at high speed for 15 minutes. Stir in 1 pint whipped topping. Pour over crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top and freeze. A stand mixer (not a hand mixer) is needed for this recipe. http://www.all-easy-recipes.co.uk
