Valentine Cake With Strawberry Icing
1 pkg. white cake mix (2 layer) 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. cooking oil (Wesson) 1 box strawberry Jell-O 1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) thawed strawberries 4 eggs Mix well, pour into large sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. ICING: 1/2 stick margarine 1 box powdered sugar 1/2 box strawberries Mix and spread on cooled cake.
